I like this video because of the different layers of movement. It was very windy which lead to movement in the water, as well as different directions of movement in the clouds.
The end was a very peaceful scene as night crept in and pushed the day away.

Sunlight fades to night
I really liked this wide shot because it showed all the different layers. The clear deep blue sky on top. Light orange transitioning into dark orange and then dark clouds on the horizon.
It was a great experience to sit back and watch this scene dissolve into a deep, dark, night.

Channel Marker
The clouds along the horizon were thicker than I anticipated so it crushed a lot of the sunset, but I loved this photo because of the jetty ending with the channel marker in the foreground with a bright orange streak in the sky behind it.

Sunset at D&J Pointe, Montauk, NY
I was lucky enough to visit my oldest friend in Montauk last May for the grand opening of his new restaurant. While I was there I got to explore the area and take in a beautiful sunset.
I set up at D&J Pointe along a jetty. It was a cool, windy spring day. The sky was clear with just a strip of clouds along the horizon. I was excited to see what kind of colors this sunset would bring.
